Training Services

One to one training is by far the most effective way to learn basic computer skills.

We train you in basic computer usage in your home, so you will not feel uncomfortable about asking questions (as some people do in a classroom of mixed-ability students) or if you need a little longer to practice when learning a new skill.

Many of the "older" generation (like us) can be made to feel very uncomfortable in modern learning centres - trying to keep up with the pace of other (and younger) students who may learn at a faster rate. We will teach you at your own pace - no competition with other students - we promise!  

We will show you how to feel more secure using the internet, email and word processing for everyday needs. If you have specific training needs we will try to accommodate them. We can help you understand the principles of online banking, online shopping and payments to make sure you keep your vital information safe and secure.
